recorded live to analog tape in 2 days, (and mixed in one) early march 1999 at chemical sound studios in toronto. mixed again and mastered by morris applebaum at silent sound montreal in june 2001. tracks 1, 2 and 8 were released as a 3 song ep cd sold at montreal lineup shows in the early 2000's.

most of these songs were re-recorded by a four-piece montreal based lineup of the band for the 2003 cd release 'damnesty' on grenadine records.
